Lily, my German Shepherd has what is thought by the Specialist Vet to be Degenerative Myelopathy with no cure and sadly something that can progress quite rapidly which I had noticed in Lily who had become very wobbly in her hind quarters with little co-ordination in the back legs something horrible to watch. Living in Central Victoria I was delighted to be told about Fido Hydro in Ballarat where Lily could do Hydro Therapy which is a treatment advised as helping with this condition. She has started and is loving going to her twice weekly sessions getting most excited when we are nearly there. Andrea is fantastic with Lily, showing great empathy to her and to me, being totally honest with expectations as to what can be achieved and I have noticed that after her sessions Lily is definitely better coordinated and walking in a straighter line. Lily and I would definitely recommend Fido Hydro for Hydrotherapy. Lily said to add that the treats are worth waiting for also.
